Business Affairs IT Assessment

The Division of Business Affairs began an Information Technology Assessment (ITA) in March 2016. The three chief objectives of this project were to identify:

  • how IT resources were deployed
  • existing gaps in service
  • how IT services should best be directed going forward

The extraordinary growth UNC Charlotte has experienced will only continue. The recommendations from this study will be critical in helping Business Affairs—and the University—use its resources in the most efficient and effective ways possible.
