The Facilities Management Key and Lock Shop is conducting a key audit to survey and verify current keyholders of University-issued hard keys.
The audit, which began Friday, Nov. 20, is being accomplished using two distinct methods. The first method is this form, sent via University email, to capture individual information from all faculty, staff and student employees. The second method is in-person data collection for individuals using the Remote Key Distribution Point option in their associated facility.
This audit is in accordance with University Policy 719, Access Control, and the goal is for successful completion prior to departure for winter break.
