Annual EHS training required for all employees, the deadline is Jan. 4

As part of our commitment to keeping our campus safe, all UNC Charlotte employees must complete the Building Emergency Evacuation Training and Fire Safety and Prevention courses by Monday, Jan. 4, to meet North Carolina Fire Code regulations.

These annual training sessions are facilitated by the University’s Office of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and are required by the NC Fire Code. Both training sessions are housed in Percipio, an online content system of which Skillsoft is the parent company. Each session should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

How to complete the training
After you log in to Percipio with your NinerNet credentials, follow the prompts to compliance training. For assistance with logging in to or navigating through Percipio, review the FAQs or call OneIT at 704-687-5500.

If you have questions about the content of the training or environmental health and safety at UNC Charlotte, contact the Office of Environmental Health and Safety at ehsoffice@uncc.edu or 704-687-1111.
