Tenille Dellinger joined UNC Charlotte in December 2017 as the first communications specialist for the Facilities Management Department. In late 2018, her role transitioned into a Business Affairs divisional resource, while maintaining a focus on Facilities Management. Dellinger assists the team of divisional communicators in various communication efforts, provides support for communicating sustainability and recycling programs and initiatives, manages social media and assists in communicating updates on campus construction, among other duties.

Her prior experiences include work in public relations for a minor league basketball team and a communications and social robotics lab; and customer service and event management for a sports tournament housing company. She also has experience teaching dance to collegiate athletes. Dellinger earned her bachelor's degrees in public relations, sports management and dance from Western Michigan University.

Christy Jackson joined UNC Charlotte as the first director of communications for the Division of Business Affairs in March 2016. Reporting directly to the vice chancellor for business affairs, Jackson manages the communications of the division, supporting the goals of the 2016-2021 Business Affairs Strategic Plan. Additionally, she works with University Communications and other campus partners to integrate business affairs communication objectives with those of the University.  Prior to joining UNC Charlotte, she held communication roles at Sweet Briar College, Radford University and Virginia Tech. Jackson completed a bachelor’s degree in communication with a concentration in public relations and a master’s degree in corporate and professional communication, both from Radford.

Lou Ann Lamb

Lou Ann Lamb is a graphic artist and content creator/copy writer, with marketing, digital and print publishing and specialty advertising expertise. She is a UNC Charlotte alumna from the class of 1990. She produces Business and Auxiliary Services graphics, messaging, website and informational content, and manages Business Services' social media accounts (@unccaux, @unccdining, @unccbookstore, @unccparking, @unccnextride, @unccmail). Lamb also serves as campus contact for trademarked Norm mascot illustration and for assistance with preparation of camera-ready, licensing-compliant art using UNC Charlotte marks.


NiCole Lynch
Communications Manager, Facilities Management

NiCole Lynch joined UNC Charlotte in October 2015 and leads the development of internal and external communication strategy for the Facilities Management Department. Lynch has worked in higher education since 2004 and previously served as director of public relations for Morris College, where she also served in a dual role as sports information director. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Morris College.    



Caitlin Mauk

Caitlin Mauk joined the Division of Business Affairs at UNC Charlotte in July of 2018. Working with the director of communications for business affairs, she supports, executes and assesses the division’s strategic communications goals. Previously, Mauk was the communications coordinator for the University's College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. Prior to her arrival at UNC Charlotte, she worked in operations for a small research and policy organization aimed at bettering the lives of young children and their families. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from Boston University.


Robin Sutton

Robin Sutton joined the Business Services team in May 2018. Previously, she was the vice president of social and digital Innovation at FleishmanHillard, a global PR firm, where she helped clients navigate social and digital marketing campaigns. She manages Business Services' marketing and communication teams and helps direct the overall marketing strategy for the division. 


Katie Turner

Katie Turner joined the marketing team in Business Services in September 2018. She previously worked as a university program specialist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011-2018. Turner assists the marketing team with digital signage, social media and website needs for Auxiliary Services and Parking and Transportation Services, as well as special marketing projects.
