Financial Services
Financial Services at UNC Charlotte was established to provide central accounting and budgeting services for the University and its financial affiliates (foundations, related entities, etc.). The services provided in Financial Services are Financial Data Administration, University Controller (including General Accounting, Reporting and Fixed Assets, Student Accounts and Cashiers, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Travel and Complex Payments, and Compliance and eCommerce, Budgeting (including the State operating budget, Auxiliaries, student fees, capital, and position control), Treasury Services, and Materials Management (including Purchasing, Receiving & Stores and Surplus Property).

Are you still receiving your paycheck and your accounts payable reimbursements by check? Would you like to save gas and eliminate those pesky trips to the bank? Then sign up for direct deposit online through Self Service Banner and have University payments to you deposited into your checking account or savings account automatically. No muss, no fuss, no paper! You’ll receive an email notification before every deposit into your bank account.
If you have already signed up for direct deposit but need to change your bank designation, you can do that through Self Service Banner as well!
